Areas that are protected from the climate with many ledges and access points are perfect for pest birds to create nesting sites. Once a pest bird has developed an area as a nesting site, a 3/4" or 2" meshed polyethylene architectural bird net, or 1/4" galvanized hardware cloth must be installed in and around all access points. By eliminating access to the nesting and roosting sites, you can in many cases eliminate your bird problem.
